Tai Chi is a form of martial arts which originated from China. These slow, meditative body movements improve coordination, balance and flexibility. Studies have also shown that Tai Chi can eliminate sadness, confusion, anger, tension and fear, and increase energy and happiness.

Our Tai Chi sessions are led by Jane Ward. Jane has dedicated over 30 years to studying and teaching Tai Chi. A former cardiac nurse, Jane specialises in classes for the 60+ group and those referred by professionals.
